In 2009 I received a call from a virgin mobile consultant who offerd me a 24months cellphone contract, A free nokia supanova with a package of R100 airtime 100 free sms monthly & told me I'll only pay R100 monthly for 24months. At the end of the 1st month my bill came as R600 I was shocked because I signed a postpayfsp100 contract, I called customer care line to get clarity about it & I ws told that I have extra R500 excess airtym on top of the R100 that I signed for, of wich that was not part of the deal. During that 24months I have never received not even a single free sms like my contract stated. After 24months I thot that my contract will be automatically cancelled because I signed for 24months not more than that but it wasn't. They kept on deducting my money even thou I ws no longer using the simcard &I ws given a run around for 3months when I wanted to cancell my contract until I cancelled the debit order from my bank account & reversed the 2months deductions. And now On the 21/02/13 I received this sms: UR handed over 2 ShapiroShaikDefries&Assoc 4 VIRGIN MOBILE pay 48hrs @ FNB SOUTH AFRICA EDO DCCM VIRGIN Acc 62275103639 Bran
