You've been my money for years!

I spent 45 minutes on the phone to Virgin, 43 of which I was on hold. I got tired of being on hold and now I am LIVID!!!
I want my money back. Sort it out. And I don't want airtime, I want my money paid back into the account you've been it out of and soon. Very soon.
