My daughter received an upgrade in Aug 2012 from Autopage Faerie Glen. In Dec 2012 the phone started given signal problems. The first week in Jan 2013 it was taken back to Autopage Faerie Glen. They send it to Head Office in Midrand. Head Office then send picture of scratches on the phone (??? not relevant). They then decided to repair the phone(??). Eventually the phone was found in the Faerie Glen store (it was lying there for 3 weeks???). It was then send to Head Office again (according to the store). It is now the end of February and my daughter has been without a phone for 2 MONTHS!!! But Autopage is quick to deduct the payment from me every month. This is really ridiculous.
