Livid at Autopage for bad service!!

Dear Autopage,

Please can you explain to me why you are refusing to give me a credit note on my brand new phone that I received last year August?!?! (The phone is 5 months old)

I sent my phone in on the 5th Feb. After 10 working days still no feedback. Then as usual the customer has to call back and it was like nobody had a clue what was going on. And always making promises to call you back!!! After two days of calling - just to follow up on my phone, the lady told me that head office rejected my phone because there was a "scratch" on the phone. Oh please!! What does that have to do with the inside of the phone... the phone is obviously faulty cause i have to do a battery pull 3 time a a day. Alvin from Faerie Glen checked the phone and there was no "scratch" - only a mark from where the cover was. So my question Autopage, "Do I have to put my phone in a plastic bag and carry it around in a box? " This is the most pathetic thing a have ever heard. And best of all the phone was discontinued!!! So don't even try to fix it.

Worst off all, it's my problem!!

Please rectify your problem Autopage.
