Phone from repairs

I had sent my Samsung Galaxy S3 in for repairs as it had stopped charging. I was told by Head Office that it would it 2-4weeks to repair, I then instructed them to send the phone to Autopage Faerie Glen. A few weeks later, the called to say my phone had been repaired and is enroute to Faerie Glen. Two weeks later Faerie Glen informs me that Head office had sent my phone to The Glen and not to them. I then called the glen and instructed them to send it back to Faerie Glen. Another two weeks later I call fearie glen to enquire if my phone had arrived to their store when I was told that my phone had been misplaced somewhere in transit and no one knows where it. I allowed them to do whatever procedures they had to do and after which I demanded they issue me with a new phone. Managers from both stores and their regional manager have been telling me stories which do not link to each other. I was then told I cannot get a new phone and will be issued with a replacement demo phone. Now all three of them are avoiding my calls in regard to this matter. They should just cancel my contract pay me back my money, and I will go to a company that knows how to deal with customers
