Bad receiption - I so regret moving to Cell C

I recently ditched my long, trusted MTN service provider with whom I had been with for 16 years. The deal that Cell C has on the iPhone5 was the lure and was just too good to ignore.
So off I went and I ported my number 3 weeks ago. BAD IDEA!
From 8am to when I leave work at about 5pm, receiption is a huge issue. No calls come through, no internet. Just a bad experience all in all.By the way, I work in Joburg and not Pofadder, so why no receiption beats me.
My son fell ill the other day and my wife called me but could not get through to me due to this problem.
I logged a call 2 weeks ago with the technical department and they promised to get back to me after 7 days, 2 weeks down the line and I am still waiting.

I only have this contract for 3 weeks and I can't imagine going the whole 2 yrs with it. It will drive me nuts.

I would therefore be grateful if Cell C can take back their phone, I pay them what I have used and we part ways. I will go back with my tail between my legs and beg for forgiveness from MTN and ask them to take me back.
