Extremely Bad Service

I have been a long standing client of Autopage, my contract has been running since 2002. I upgraded by contract to a Blackberry Z10 as suggested by the sales consultant. He strongly advised me against an iPhone, as he said it uses a lot of data to do software updates.

The problems I have experienced with this phone has been endless.

I have contacted Autopage Faerie Glen several times, and I only received one answer, I have to bring it in for repairs, and they don't have any loan phones. Only to find out from Autopage Brooklyn today, that they have a policy to replace phones within 6 months, if you are unhappy. Which does not help me now, as I have had the contract now for 8 months, and now they wont replace it, and neither will the insurance.

The admin at Autopage Faerie Glen is shocking. I was charged for insurance double, which I had to report, my data bundle and sms bundle was never activated, but is pending on the system. My last bill was R2200 due to this.

I will definitely move my contract away from Autopage as soon as it has expired, they are pathetic.
