I have been with Autopage for 10 years now. 2 months ago, for some unknown reason, they do not send my debit order through. I then get an invoice that I owe them over a R1000. I go in to the parkview branch to have it rectified. They say its a mistake and that the following month they will deduct R776 as I have a R315 topup contract. Great. The following month they dont deduct, even though my debit order is active. Again I go into a branch (faerie glen) to have it sorted. They now say I owe them R917.20, which I dont. Again they phone headoffice, sort it out. Then my phone get soft locked as they say I owe them money. Again I go back to faerie glen, they have my phone unlocked. After they deduct the wrong amount (which I allowed as I was told that I would be in credit with them), I then get an invoice for my subscription AND a reconnection fee. AGAIN I go see the faerie glen branch to sort this out. that was on the 4th of November. I still have not had anyone (including Jane that promised she will contact me) get back to me. I will NOT phone them as they do not have a toll free number and you spend 20 minutes for them to answer the phone! BAD BAD BAD service. Im done with this!
