SHOCKING SERVICE AUTOPAGE FAERIE GLEN

HANDED IN A BLACKBERRY 9360 FOR REPAIRS/REPLACEMENT ON 20 TH APRIL. WHEN I PHONED TODAY, TO ENQUIRE ABOUT THIS REPAIR, JANE (Manager) TOLD ME IT IS WITH THE HEAD OFFICE. I ASKED IF SHE COULD CONTACT THE HEAD OFFICE AND GET ME MORE SPECIFIC DETAILS. SHE REPLIED THAT I MUST PHONE MYSELF AS IT IS NOT HER DUTY TO DO SO. I also aked her for a loan phone or credit on my account as I cannot use this account at the moment. Her reply was that they do not supply loan phones and that she cannot apply for credit as I have the SIM card. May be I must plug this sim card into my toaster or kettle to get the working benefits?

I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS STORE FOR 5 YEARS NOW, HAVE 4 CONTRACTS WITH THEM AND HAVE RENEWED/UPGRADED A FEW TIMES AS WELL. I ALSO DISCOVERED TODAY THAT THE ENTIRE STAFF COMPLIMENT THAT WERE IN THAT STORE WHEN I HANDED IN MY PHONE ON 20 TH APRIL HAVE CHANGED, THE WHOLE LOT IS NEW.

I have 2 contracts that is due for upgrade now, but I am going to terminate both of them. This store and Autopage will not see me again.
