It's been a week that I posted a complaint regarding my second-rate handset. I got a response confirming that the matter will be investigated and I will receive a call. I still have not received any response! How hard is it to receive assistance from MTN? This is absolute intolerable! Its feels like I'm dealing with a group of that don't know how to comprehend English!
