PATHETIC SERVICE DELIVERY

PHONE BOOKED IN 07/01/13 - FIRST COMPLAINT 18/01/13 -IGNORED BY MTN, SECOND COMPLAINT 24/01/13 - INADEQUATE RESPONSE 28/01/13 TO 2ND COMPLAINT -Wenzile Masina- REQ:1672512 -
MY RESPONSE 31/01/13 AS FOLLOWS -:
{ Not Impressed: As mentioned in previous complaint, I left the handset there, so how do I take it back to the store.. So that shows me that the complaint was not read; no follow up was done with Picbel Parkade store. Wenzile Masina has NOT tried to contact me. Have since had a call from Roxy (supervisor at Picbel) 25/1 to advise that she's busy with complaint. Told on 28/01 that I will receive new handset but not a battery. Told on 31/01 I will get same handset at shop & new battery but sometime next week. Pathetic 25 days later & still waiting. not happy. }
30 DAYS LATER STILL NO PHONE. WHAT NOW WENZILE/MTN? CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME OR AT LEAST CALL ME.
