I upgraded through the Retentions Department beginning of May 2013. I received my new handset (Samsung S3) the 10th of May 2013 but unfortunately the handset was damaged. It was immediately reported (ref: 99970495) but from there on I was sending backwards and forwards on how to return the damaged handset at last I was directed by Eunice from the Retentions Department to the Century City branch. I handed in my phone at the Century City branch 18th of May. Mario Curtis assisted me; this matter has been handed over to Kyle Abrahams. I am still waiting for my new handset. I am paying for the new phone since May but I still waiting for the handset. I email and phone Kyle daily but he is not picking up his phone and the only response I receive from him is that he cannot get hold of the department. I phone the OBF department this afternoon but they directed me back to the store. I will appreciate it if I could get some assistance in sorting out this frustrating issue. This situation is taking more than two months now and I want it sorted out immediately!
