I would like this complaint re-opened :
I have still not received the Handset for the Contract that was renewed on the 18th February 2013.
Thanks for the credit on my account - however I would rather have had the handset than the credit if this is how you "Resolve Complaints"
This complaint has NOT been resolved and I would like it Escalated now. I have mailed and not received any response yet. I am NOT going to phone the Call Centre just to receive another version of some Excuse.
If i have to phone Autopage then I would rather ask for the Cancellations department.
