Very frustrated with the bad experience from MTN

I have a contract with MTN and for the past two year's that I am with them I haven't received any good service. I pay them and they just keep on sending out a bill. and now that the two year's are long over and i want to cancel my contract they cut me off again. They requested me to pay in R139.00 I paid it in 3 weeks ago but yet they still didn't put my sim card on as they requested another R139.00. I paid it in as I wanted to just finish business with them and a lady that helped me said they will activate me again the Monday as i made the payment on a Saturday one week ago. My sister called in to find out why my sim card isn't activated and I also want to cancel the contract by changing it to prepaid but they are still requesting another payment of R139.00 before they can finalise this for me. I am so frustrated as I did not receive any airtime or sms's but they keep on requesting payments. And every time I have to go till by the shop in Vangate Mall. I just want to have my sim card activated and the contract cancelled.
