I've a good set up with mweb, where I pay for service and line rental. Though at the start of this month my connection died 3rd feb, due to migration swapping our line. After calling, they said it's telkom who's lines are down, then 7 day later, I was fed with a story that our line was crossed in the migration department.
All while telkom calls me to say, that there's no fault with their line.
Now, I paid the ammount at the start of the month, but now mweb wishes to double charge me this month, cause supposedly I hadn't, due to a issue in debit orders, yet my statements say it went through.
So now I am sitting with no net connection for a month, paid already, and now I have pay again for the month I had no net and a month to come, where I still have no net!!!
