You people are absolutely useless!!! it is absolutely ridiculous waiting more than a month to unblacklist a phone, just because one ID10T doesnt know the process of doing an insurance claim on a damaged phone! why must I, the client, SUFFER because of the absolute incompetence and stupidity of your employees!! after more than a month, im still waiting for my phone to be unblacklisted because an employee at clearwater vodashop told me that the correct procedure for doing an insurance claim is to blacklist the phone first, and then contact the insurance.however, the incompetent nimrod didnt listen when i said the phone was damaged in a car accident and not!!! your service delivery is really up to!!!
