Still no feedback after a month

On the 26th of Jan i took my Blackberry Playbook to Vodacare Cresta for repairs, i was told its gonna take 2weeks for them to fix it. After 2weeks i went to collect it only to be told they didnt fix it cause of the password. I was fuming cause they should have called me to ask for my password. Its a month already & still i haven't heard anything from them. When i tried to phone no one knows - i even asked to speak to Hellen the manager & she's always busy that she cant even take my calls. I want to know if are they still fixing it, if they are then i dont want it anymore. They must just cancel it on my contract cause i wont pay for something that im not using. Vodacare service really!!!
