Pathetic service from staff at Vodacare Eastgate

Just over 3 wks ago i took my blackberry into Vodacare Eastgate for an in-warranty repair. The guy gives me 3 different stories as to how long it will take. 2days later they sms to collect. So i quickly slip out from work thinking it would just be in and out. I get there and the guys makes me wait 45min before coming back and tells it was a mistake, that my phone is not ready. He says my unit will be swopped out. Later that same day a lady from Vodacare calls me and says they waiting for parts to arrive to repair the unit. But the guy ealier that day said it would be swopped out. Anyways the following wk i get another sms saying its ready. This time i phone first to make sure. The lady tells me no its not ready. So she checks again and says it is ready. I sent a complaint to them and, Herman, the manager phones to apologize. 2weeks later being last Thursday I take my phone in again to them because the speaker again giving problems and the phone overheats. The following day i get a sms to come collect. I get there and find that they lost my battery. Guy tries 2 other batries from other phone but my phone now wont switch on. Consultant booked it in again. Im still waiting for it nw
