My complaint is actually just over three and half pages long- yes, that's how terrible this process has been. Due to the limitation of characters here, I will keep this short.
My phone has been booked in at Vodacom Repairs Gateway (Umhlanga Ridge) for two consecutive times for the same problem. When the problem was finally identified, the faulty part (a charger), was not ordered due to a claim that my accessory is out of warranty- which it wasn't.
I was told that a new charger is being ordered, but it's taking much longer then the estimate I was given. It's almost three weeks now that I'm without a operational device, and I am tired of chasing after Vodacom.
Please sort this out.
