3 chargers -still they can't get it right

1 july 2013 i've handed my charger in at Sandton City. It was about one month old and packed up. They notified me that my charger was ready for collection. the charger that they wanted to hand me was dated 2012/06 generic charger (phone was only launched in April 2013) as big a laptop charger. I refused to take a generic charger due to any electronics being blown up will be my problem as well... No respect for suppliers guarantees!!
I returned and yet again the wrong charger was ordered!! They told me to come back in 3 days... It's now 4 and yet still no charger.. Abdul the service manager is still waiting for a PArt number 4 days later!?!?!?!? This is horrific service from the most expensive service provider in SA!!!
