We went to Vodacom in Canal Walk because we have a problem again with the Dell Streak 5 that I won from Vodacom! It doesn't want to charge now! We booked in 11:18, came out 13:07!! A technician (Don't know how he became a technician) tried the whole time to charge it with it's own charger!! (How dof when we brought it in because it cannot charge! They don't even have a charger to test on it they have to send it to Joburg to do that!!) It's a new handset that was given because the 1st one was a total mess, started wiping data off, deleting games, couldn't charge, didn't want to switch off and off by on button, etc. now again a problem! They tell me there's no guarantee on this new handset because it took on an old guarantee!! How the can you give a brand new thing an old guarantee! Now they tell me they going to wipe off my games & data just to check if it's the charger or phone & a charger will cost me R350!! Vodacom & Dell is a joke!!
