On the 04/12/2012, i gave my phone into vodacare for software problems. The repairs department fixed it but, had damaged another part of the phone. Every time i went to pick the phone up, there was another problem, before i got to take the phone away. The manager and staff refuses to fix the damage they caused on the phone. I have been trying to get communication from the manager repeatedly. Every time i go there, the staff says, his not there. They refuse to communicate with me, and refuse to fix the damage they caused. Been paying for a contract that i have not made use off, for almost three months, due to this.
