My phone was sent in for repairs at vodacom repair centre Sandton (might i add that i had only had the samsung galaxy s4 for 3-4 months!!! and that it had NO external damage due to using samsung accessories) when i received the phone back it had been severely damaged externally!!! Now vodacom had said that they would send it in for repairs AGAIN!! another 21 working days!! this makes it 42 working days without the use of a phone, will i be refunded for the rent i pay on the phone??? and be credited for the inconvenience caused? and what exactly will be the state of the internal components seeing as the only way that kind of damage caused could only be done by falling numerous times!!
