Hi there,

I'll be honest here, I'm really tired of writing out these complaints over and over again, but here we go...

A couple of months ago I opted-out of my Data Contract (10GB - R199) as I had previously complained about the useless signal in my area, despite their coverage map saying otherwise. I received an SMS stating that I would be allowed to opt-out & I duly did so. My account was settled & I was assured there would be no further billing on my account. (Ref #2333490)

My bank account was then debited the random amount of R807.18 by 8ta despite no longer having a contract with them. I naturally complained and eventually was refunded the full amount. (Ref #4001927)

This month however it all starts again! I see my account has been debited (R244.30) on behalf of 8ta by a company called NuDebt. I have spoken to NuDebt and they have informed me that they where instructed to do so, on behalf of 8ta.

I have been unable to get through to 8ta to sort this out and right now I am beyond losing my rag. How dare they continue deducting from my account with no reason whatsoever! Plain and simply put, it's. I am being robbed monthly by 8ta!
