On my account (Thabo Phasha)

I have a data bunde contract with vodacom for R139 topup, During December 2012 R2500 was deductet on my account and i went to vodacom (killarney) in January 2013 to report the matter and i was told that there was on my account and i phoned vodacom head office and they indicated that the account is suspended and that i should fax stamped police affidavit, certified ID copy and 3 months bank statement for them to ivestigate, i faxed the documents to vodacom. At the end of February 2013 the amount of R9800 was deducted again on my account and when i phoned vodacom i was told that they did not receive the documents and the account was not locked as the was still busy making calls on the phone.

I phoned again and spoke to Rendal who requested me to send the documents again and that he will personally deal with the matter and will come back to me, but to date he never did. The other guy by the name of Kano Leping phoned and requested me to email him the documents and tht he will attend to my problem, to date nothing is happening, this month Feb 2013 R10800 was deducted again and when i phoned Vodavom i was told to fax the documents again, i am so frustrated please help.
