Good Day. On the 5 April 2013 i requested a settlement amount for my loan and credit card. All the documents where emailed to me, i was told to fax deposit slip as well as the document they sent me which i faxed on the 12 April 2013. On the 26 April 2013 a debit order went off on my account. I phoned and was told i need to fax a copy of my id and a bank statement which i did and costed me R32.00. i was told it takes 5 working days, by the 8 May 2013 there was nothing in my account and phoned and spoke to Alfina who promised me it would be in my account by end of working day. I phoned again today and was told to fax documents through because they never received documents. How can 1 agent tell me it will be in on wednesday and another that they never received it. I would like my REFUND IN MY ACCOUNT TODAY FRIDAY 10 MAY 2013. I have being retrenched and need my money, that why i settled my credit card.
