Requested an early cancellation on a contract beginning february 2013, Cancellations department advised that the amount will be R708.54, of which we paid R709.00. Confirmed that the quote was received as well as payment reflecting. Was advised that the line had been converted to prepaid. Today 26/02/2013, we phone to find out what is the amount outstanding, we are told that we are still being billerd the R189.02 for the line that was cancelled, according to the agent this amount is not included in the bill. I refuse to pay this amount as we where advised what to pay. which is what was done!!! Each time vodacom has different stories. Kindly adjust the account as this line has not been used for more than 6 months.
