I have a contract and my line was removed from the network. I cancelled one line yesterday at the Canal walk Store (3G). I have also paid the amount of R1600.00. I contacted the customer service department and they transferred me to the Legal and then the account department.
I was told my number has been removed from the network and this was done without any k notification or an SMS.The agent advised me if i would like to have the line to be re-instated i need to pay the amount that is only due at the end of this month of R900 plus another R285.00 re-connection fee.
This is totally unacceptable and i am not happy with this at all.
The account is up to date so why should i pay another R900.00 to have to line activated.
I would like some feedback as the Supervisor is too busy to assist me and the Vodacom staff in CW is never able to assist a person.
If the line does not get connected you can cancel the rest of my other contracts and i refuse to pay the outstanding.
