I have been to the MTN Store in Centurion Mall on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday to try to pay my account. Each time they site there like useless pieces of meat and tell me they are "offline" and have no way of helping me.
My account has now been suspened for non-payment. I can't even call 808.
I want to be called by someone who can take payment details telephonically.
