I am not impressed at all about the service that I get from Pep Store when I want to pay my DSTV Account. DSTV said we can pay our accounts at pep but when I get there they are always offline I've complained about this issue in December 2013 at hello peter and it is busy repeating itself hence I'm writing and complain direct about DSTV this time.
On the 4th February 2014 at 13:49 I went to pay my DSTV Account at pep store in Benoni corner Kempston and Voortrekker Street a lady by the name of Matlou (Cashier) said to me they were offline, and on the 5th February 2014 at 16:55 a lady by the name of Zanele (Cashier) same store said they were offline again. From there I went to DSTV Reseller at corner Tom Jones and Howard Avenue they said for me to get the receipt as the proof of payment I must pay an extra R10 of which it does not make sense to me they are ripping off people.
Finally I went at Lake Side Mall Pep Clothing Store where I finally paid my DSTV Account to a lady called Nomonde at 17:21.
Now my account is closed and DSTV will want me to pay R50 reconnection fee to open my account after all the troubles I went through trying to pay my account.
