I paid my account at edgars but they were offline

I paid my account at edgars on 22 october 2013, but they were offline, so now the payment is not reflecting on my account and edcon they are sending me massage.. I 'v going to the store., and calling to do the follow ups, instead of them doing that, my account is on arrears, because there are not doing their job even the manage Noma..i asked for refund so that i can make payment to another shop, she refused to give me, im so cross with this store..i have two weeks complaining about this.? Since from 28/10/2013 untill today 16/11/2013
