My father to the MTN store in Westgate Mall to complete a sim swop.
At the time he had an affidavit with him, the branch was offline and the consultant Shamiela was unable to complete the sim swop, she advised my father they were offline.
She processed a paymnent to his account.
When she took the payment my father thought he was paing for the sim swop.
When he returned to the store she could not assist as the payment was for his monthly bill.
Why would anyone go to the store with an affidavit to complete a payment.
She did not even offer an applogy.

This not the first time this particular consultant up.
She also up when I completed an upgrade.
First the phone she gave me, she said the phone has bluetooth capabilities, when i reached my home the phone did not. It took MTN a month to get that sorted aswell as my insurance, because of incompetence currently I am not covered because she filled in the incorrect banking details which I had to recetify.

This is completely unacceptable.
Going to the store we trust that the consultants would help us to the best of their ablilities not have incompatent consultants assiting us as clients.
