ACCOUNT IS STILL SUSPENDED EVEN WHEN PAYMENT WAS M

I am utterly disgusted by the poor service i have receive over this period as well as by the staff at South gate Mall. In December 2012 and January 2013 my debit order come back as unpaid however on the 25th February the amount of R1228.48 was debited from my account.

I have been call your call center for the past days from the 26 /02/2013 and was told the suspension will be lifted after 48 hours. The 48 hrs has come and gone still nothing. I have also forwarded the proof of payment to a [Email Removed] and till now i have not received any feedback. I went to Southgate to sort out this problem but was given a attitude by the consultant. I felt very offended and im now really off the way this matter has been dealth with.

Then eventually when i call on Sunday i spoke with Muzi that told me to pay around R1600.00 for suspension to be lifted. I told him already R1228 was take said i have to pay for this months service before suspension can be lifted. How can i pay for services that was not even rendered unto me. I find that really. I really feel that my rights has been violated and no one gives a. I DEMAND THAT MY SUSPENSION BE UPLIPTED IMMEDIATELY!
