My iPhone just froze and was unable to receive or make calls, took it to MTN, Midrand Boulders for it to be checked out, as a result my phone needed to be sent somewhere for repairs and told that I have to do a sim swop if I need to use another phone as the iPhone uses a micro sim. Why would I want to pay for a sim swop when my phone is supposed to be repaired an sent back to me? I should pay for a sim swop now and pay for another sim swop when I get my phone back, why would I do that? MTN has had my phone for 3 weeks now and I'm not even getting feed back of what is goung on. They even tell me that the warranty of that phone is only 12 months, something that I was never told when I bought the phone, they only tell me that when it needed to be fixed. I'm really dissapiinted with the service that MTN is giving me. Why is it that I was never told about the warranty? Why am I not told what is wrong with the phone and how it is going to fixed and how long it takes? Now it seems like I just bought the phone for mtn to keep and uses as it pleases.
