What a Joke. NOT!!!

I lost my phone 2 weeks ago. So i needed a sim swop. Ok i went to the Key West store to do it. Get there the service is appalling. First she says i must go to the store i bought my phone to do the sim swop. Why must i do that? This is a Telkom/8ta store. Anyway after 10min of explaining to her that this is her job. She said she will help me. I give her my ID and proof of res. then she tells me that she has to phone 8ta to do the sim swop. She then does that. 1H30m later it's done... That isn't even my complaint. My complaint is that after i inserted my sim into my phone i tried making a phone call. To no avail. After 14sec of calling the phone says that i have to insert my sim. I contacted 8ta and they told me i have to go back and do another sim swop. I then did that, and again the same message "Insert sim" i phoned 8ta again. They logged a case and told me that it will take 72 hours to fix. 72hours. what are they doing at that place. Anyway it's been 264hours later and nothing has been done. I have spent over R100000 on advertising on that number and i have yet to receive a call
