Legal action for an account I dont have!

I approached Telkom for an 8ta account in 2011. The gentleman started to help me with the account and then the system went off line, he said come back tomorrow and he will assist me. I went back the following day and he was off. I then went to Vodacom who assisted me within 10 min. The following month, and for 3 subsequent months I got an account from 8ta for the account i never opened. I went back each month to the manager who told me each time "yes, she could see i never had an account and she would have it sorted". I even went so far as to do an affidavit at the local police station stating that i did not have an 8ta account. I finally thought everything was sorted when to my surprise, 1 1/2 years later I start getting sms's from Nudebt Trust for being in Breach of Contract! I am livid that my credit record will be tarnished with an outstanding account that I have never had! and truly disgusted that a company like Telkom can't get this right! I do not now, nor have i ever had an 8ta account!
