I bought a Sumsang pocket phone for my grandson on Saterday 21/09/2013. When I got home I realized the phone is not user friendly and it is difficult for me to work with the phone and it is taking a lot of airtime. So on Monday 22/09/2013 I went back to Clicks and I spoke to the manager there about the phone. I asked her if I can swop the phone for a more expensive phone. I want to buy a phone that is R1000 more. I am willing to pay that in as long as I got a phone that I understand. No not a chance she said. The only time when she can help me is if there is something wrong with the phone then they can send it in for repairs but she can't take the phone and give me another one because they've already activate the phone. My question is: why can other people when they don't like a gift can swop it for something else. I am prepared to buy R1000 more for a better phone
