I have a big problem. I sent in my phone a while ago and they got back to me by saying there's a quote for repair of over a thousand rand! First of all, the phone is under warranty, so there should be no charge to me.
When I took the phone in, it was inspected and there was not a scratch on it, so I am certainly not liable for any payment on it. You will see on your system that I have been in 3 times in a very short space of time, because the phones that you send me as an exchange are not new, they are revamped, they last a short while, then they start giving problems. Aside from all the inconvenience of losing all my contacts, etc, I have to keep going in, waiting ages, etc, now you want to charge me?! I never dropped the phone, bumped it or anything.
I want this phone replaced by a brand NEW phone in a box, not a revamped one like all the others have been, and I am certainly not paying. Please sort this out ASAP and get back to me on 0845210262.
If this is not rectified, I will have to take this further.
