The short version: I upgraded and I had the phone about a month and it started giving software problems, deleted the memory, typing weird characters, switching on and off by itself, clearly a manufacturer fault, I know this because I can get affidavits of 3 people with the same phones that is doing the exact same thing. I took the phone in and told the lady that I wanted a new phone, my phone still had the protection stickers on it. She said that most of the time they will send a new phone but it is policy to send it away first, she failed to inform me that they will send a refurbished unit back and not a new phone, if I had know that from the beginning I would have refused, needles to say I had to wait about 5 weeks just to hear: "your refurbished phone is here", unacceptable! This is not in accordance withe the consumer act. I have the right to return the phone in 6 months and get a brand new phone if I so choose. Managers never phoned back even though they say within 24 hours. The store had me drive up and down for nothing and they tried giving me a old battery that was used in store as the phones battery was missing, underhanded and unprofessional, I can go on and on.
