My telkom account was arrears and I have rectified this in November 2012 already.

I am now being penalised on my home loan application for having a bad credit history. Much like Julianza problem stated on Hello Peter (Ref ARS 203514 provided by Telkom escalation)

It is impossible to get hold of Telkom at 012 311 1306 to obtain a clearance certificate.
