Escalation reference number ARS 226866 still awaiting feedback from telkom, my name is currently apperring on itc which is a real dissappointment since i was not owing telkom any money when i diconnected my account, this is really bad service telkom should not offer promotions if they cant cary them out properly because since i took out that free DSL and ADSL promotions and had problems eveey month costing me to call them every month to rectify the problem.they never send me any information after i disconnected in may, then this year i get a call from lawyers saying i owe telkom money, now really go back and check my history i paid my account all the time if i was owing telkom way did you guys not inform this is not the first time telkom has put me on itc because of they billing error. I HAD ENOUGH OF THIS PLEASE SORT OUT MY CREDIT PROFILE.
