Telkom Billing not up to standard

I relocated to a different house in January of this year. In the proses of switching my telephone line it was established that there was no infrastructure in my area and I had to cancel my service with Telkom.

After many interactions my account was closed and I received confirmation from Telkom on 7 February 2013 that my balance is R0. (Telkom Account number:619900862799)

However on a credit check done today (04/07/2013) it states that this account is active and in arrears. This is a huge concern for me and I would like it to be rectified, since it negatively affects my credit rating. The issues I have includes:

1.That the account is active, where it should be closed
2.The current balance is R1 134, where it should be R0
3.The arrears amount is R686, where it should be R0

I would appreciate Telkom's assistance in this regard and have the matter rectified.
