ON THE 2ND OF FEBRUARY I PAID MY ETA ACCOUNT, ON THE 15TH OF FEBRUARY ETA DEBITED MY ACCOUNT, AND THE AMT WAS REJECTED. I DID NOT FOLLOW UP BECAUSE I KNEW I HAD PAID. ON THE 25TH OF FEBRUARY 2013, THAT AMOUNT FOR THE CURRENT MONTH WAS DEBITED AGAIN INTO MY ACCOUNT. WHEN I PHONED THE CUSTOMER CARE THEIR SAID AFTER THEIR HAVE RECEIVED THE AMOUNT ON THEIR SIDE, THEIR WILL REFUND ME. I WAS NOT HAPPY BUT I THOUGHT IT WAS BETTER THAN NOTHING.

AT 12PM, 25 FEBRUARY 2013 3 HRS AFTER THE FIRST CONVERSATION, ANOTHER DEBIT ORDER, THIS TIME FOR A CORRECT AMOUNT WAS THROWN INTO MY ACCOUNT AGAIN. THE SO CALLED MANAGER THAT I SPOKE TO, GAVE ME INFORMATION THAT I WAS LATER TOLD WAS INCORRECT!!!

SO AS YOU CAN SEE, I HAVE A FIGURE OF 1964.00 BEING POSTED INTO MY ACCOUNT A FURTHER 1124.00 BEING POSTER AGAIN!!! 1
HELLO IS THERE SOMEONE MONITORING YOUR SO-CALLED AUTOMATED SYSTEM???
