4 MONTHS LATER - NO SERVICE

I am tired of elaborating on issues that are still outstanding. You have promised me that you will be installing a cell-booster / repeater at my home as I CANNOT MAKE PHONE CALLS IN THE HOUSE DUE TO TERRIBLE SIGNAL

It has now been 4 months after I have sent pictures of the roof, GPS location of the house, PICTURES of around the house and the street, GOOGLE map with location marked and still NO BOOSTER.

When sending you an EMAIL - ZERO response!!!

Ons of my clients, who I also referred to you, are in the process of cancelling in the region of 40 contracts with Vodacom due to pathetic signal and no response from Vodacom. Keep on with how you do business - Seems like your new motto should be "Showing you that the competition is WAY better"

I walked into a MTN shop last week and asked them what I can do if I have bad signal. They said it's easy, fill in a form, wait 48 hours for approval and then collect the cellphone boosted from them... And YES they did have stock. Why must I wait for more than a YEAR for Vodacom to start taking action and then ANOTHER 4 months for nothing to happen??

Looks like my R6000 per month will soon go elsewhere...

This is ridiculous!!!
