After reporting my email problem to Telkom on numerous occasions I finally logged a report on Hello Peter in desperation. I have not one but TWO replies from the escalation department (escalation number ARS 221899) saying they are looking into it and will get back to me and still my email is not working and no-one has contacted me. Why do Telkom bother paying for Hello Peter if all they are going to do is pay lip service to the complaints and not even fix them. It has been nearly two months since I was able to receive email - a service that I am actually still being charged for!!!
IS THIS WHAT TELKOM CONSIDERS CUSTOMER SERVICE???
