I laid a complaint about a week and a half ago regarding not having received the 32Gig iPad I ordered over a month ago and not getting any feedback from FNB besides the 1 sms that confirmed the order. Last week Tuesday, a gentleman from FNB called me saying they had the iPad in stock at Bank City and that I must go and collect it from there. I informed him that its impossible as I work till late Mon to Friday & I also work on Sat till noon, meaning the bank will be closed by the time I get to the CBD. He then went on to say he will get back to me to say what time to get to the bank as they might be open till 3pm. He never did get back to me. He also said a 16Gig ipad had been ordered - but I never ordererd that. Listen to the call (which wasted 43 minutes of my time) on 22 Nov 2013 at 13:02 that I made to 0860102970 where I ended up speaking to Lebogang Lesiya & made it very clear that I was not interested in any other product apart from the 32Gig iPad I had ordered. I aso do not understand why I must be the one that goes to collect the iPad. You messed up - you fix it! What kind of service is this??? This just shows you do not know how to treat your Clients! Your service!
