Cellphone not repair though still under warranty

Good day
I recently spoke to one of your repairs consultant, name Thato Modise
regarding the below query.

I currently have 2 contracts with MTN, both valued at over R700 a month. I
recently took my phone in for repairs at Eikestad MTN store in
Stellenbosch. The memory has for a while not been working, but could leave
with it as I could still make cake phone calls as submitting for repairs
would have left me without a phone which I could not afford. Recently it
started I was not able to charge it and since it was not working i decided
to take it in. I was promised that the repair would take at least 2 weeks
and that I would be updated on the status of the phone, which did take
place as I had to HVRC repairs myself to be notified that the phone was
returned to Eikestad MTN store already which really ticked me off as I
thought the phone was still in repairs.

When I went to fetch the phone, I was not explained what was wrong with
phone nor, all I was asked was whether I had insurance. After standing in a
queue for at least 30 mins and also having to rush back to the office, I
could not ask the questions I needed
