We are still awaiting about the time he asked from roaming and it was ofcourse not activated properly, although we went numerous times to the shop to check. and now he has to pay for that aswell? Why does nobody at Nashua apply the CPA LAW as what we are hearing from Nashua telephonically is going against the law. Please contact us back as nobody is helping us with this.
We did receive credits because of Nashuas mistake of not activating the bundles as requested by my husband in the past.
We did not receive credits because of the international roaming where it was requested to be activated but it was not. Also about the CPA LAW why does everyone fail to explain this?
