About a Month and 2 Weeks ago a Phone was booked in for Repairs at Jet Stores in Highlands North (Balfour Park), and Since then I have been going to the store to find out what the developments are with this phones, and Both the Manager and his Staff are Useless, because they tell me. I call the store every day, and NO ONE answers. This is one useless Jet Store I have ever come across. On Tuesday I went there, and Cliff the Manager told me that he will follow up, and I am now told that the person that was repairing my phone locked the phone in the locker, but Previously I was told that the Phones was Couriered to the store. I am very annoyed with this store, and I have been with the Edcon Group for Years now, and I am not sure Why I Should still keep my store account. Bad Customer Service.
