Made a call to one of the numbers on my phone book and the call before it even ringed, it started charging me while it was ringing, i tried calling my sister number but it dialed fine, only that number it charged me while the call was rininging then i called 111 and i spoke to the agent by the name of khnayi, this lady was not willing to help me at all but to make my life a leaving. I know how my phone works and one thing that i know the call is not suppose to charge you while it is not rininging.
Instead of logging the query to the network site, she insulted me telling me that am now crying for the airtime that is gone, I hurt bad service and i will raise my voice wen someone gives me one. Customer calls in for an assistance not to be insulted by agent.
Am mad right now and i do want those few cents that i have lost on that call.
